2019 Beekeeping Class Scheduled
The beginning beekeeping class offered by Scioto Valley Beekeepers will be held the evenings (6:30 -8 p.m.) of April 3, 10 and 17 in Circleville. Learn everything you need to know to get started in beekeeping from experienced beekeepers in addition to practical experience in a working beeyard. Don't wait long to register. This class is limited in size and will reach maximum capacity by mid-March. Cost for the three-session course is $65 per person and includes a reference book, handouts, classroom instruction, practical experience, a one-year membership in SVB and a one-year membership in the Ohio State Beekeeping Association.
